Cleaning is paid at cost. We never add a margin on it.

Send them our way. When they sign, you get 10% of our fee on their apartment. You don't need to be a client.
Questions owners ask
Who gets paid, and when?
On Airbnb, the platform pays you, and our share comes out of that payout. On Booking.com and Vrbo, the platform pays you, and we invoice you for our share.
What does cleaning cost?
It depends on the apartment and the cleaner. Guests usually pay it through the cleaning fee. When they don't, you pay what the cleaner charges, with nothing added, and it's on your monthly statement.
Is VAT added to your fee?
No. 12% or 17% is the whole fee. We don't add VAT on top.
How do I stop?
Give us 30 days' written notice. There's no exit fee and no minimum term. Whose name the listings are in is your choice, and we agree it when we start.
