I had a great stay at Roni's place ! Mert was super helpful and responsive before and during my stay. The place is located close to the center and the sea, calm surroundings, spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Mert and Isabella are exceptional hosts. The house was perfectly clean, everything a guest might need was already there. It was not just an accommodation, it was home. But more than that, Isabella is one of the most caring people I’ve ever met. I feel lucky to have had a chance to chat with her, and sure feel like I have a friend in Istanbul as well as a home when I need. Thank you for everything 💜

I'm Mert. I've been hosting for five years, in Turkey, in Herzliya and in Safed. I host my own apartments and co-host for other owners. My Airbnb rating is 4.98. It's public, so you can read every review before we talk. I speak Hebrew and English. When you hand me your apartment, you work with me, not a call centre. I answer the guests, and I'm the one you call.
Read my reviews on AirbnbMy rating is public. 4.98★ on Airbnb. You can check it before you call me, and again a year later.
My own money is on the same platforms. I host my own apartments the same way I'll host yours. If something doesn't work, I find out on my own apartment first.
No lock-in. 30 days' notice, no exit fee, no minimum term. You can take the key back whenever you want.
Cleaning at cost. You pay what the cleaner charges. I never add a margin on cleaning.

Yes. Tell me your dates and I block them on all three platforms. I can often do it the same day, but I'm not on call around the clock.
On Airbnb, the platform pays you, and my share comes out of that payout. On Booking.com and Vrbo, the platform pays you, and I invoice you for my share.
It depends on the apartment and the cleaner. Guests usually pay it through the cleaning fee. When they don't, you pay what the cleaner charges, with nothing added, and it's on your monthly statement.
I file the claim with the platform. If the platform covers it, it's paid. If it doesn't, the cost is yours.

About a week from our first call.
I'm based in Herzliya. Send me the address on WhatsApp and I'll tell you if I can take it on.
Give me 30 days' written notice. There's no exit fee and no minimum term. Whose name the listings are in is your choice, and we agree it when we start.
