Who we are

Bapita Co-Hosting manages short-term rentals on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo for apartment owners in Israel. We're based in Herzliya. Contact: info@bapita.com, WhatsApp 053-437-9176.

The site describes our service. The agreement is what binds.

The site explains what we do and what it costs. It is not an offer. We manage an apartment only under a written agreement signed by the owner and us. If anything on the site differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.

Prices

Our prices on the site are current on the date shown on the pricing page. They may change for new agreements. The price in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.

The calculator is an example, not a promise

The earnings calculator works only from the numbers you enter and from the platform fees we checked on the date shown next to it. It isn't a forecast and it isn't a promise of income. What an apartment earns depends on the market, the season, the apartment and the platforms.

Information, not advice

Our articles and FAQ are general information. They aren't legal, tax or financial advice. Questions about tax, VAT, licensing or your building's rules belong with your accountant, your lawyer or your municipality.

Reviews

Guest reviews on the site are quoted word for word from Airbnb, with the guest's first name and the month as Airbnb shows them.

Other services

The site links to services we don't run: WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Referrals

When we pay a referral fee, its amount and how long it is paid are confirmed in writing once the referred owner signs with us.

Our content

The text, logo, illustrations and photos on this site belong to Bapita Co-Hosting or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to the site. Please don't copy its content for commercial use without our written permission. Please don't scrape or overload the site.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available. Still, it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions made only on the basis of the site's content. We also aren't responsible for interruptions to the site.

Law and courts

Israeli law applies to these terms. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv district have sole jurisdiction.

Language

These terms exist in Hebrew and English. If the two differ, the Hebrew version applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
